Supporter Privacy Policy

Simply Ojai is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that we conduct our fundraising, and grow our supporter base in compliance with nationally established guidelines so that our supporters’ trust and faith in us is well placed and deserved. We will respect the privacy of all supporters by not sharing their contact information with any outside entity and offering a means by which their names may be opted-out upon their request, and we will honor their requests.
